Stone Age Open Afternoon

Team 2 had a fantastic Open Afternoon on Thursday 28th of March - we would all like to say a massive thank you to all the parents/carers who came in to see the children's Stone Age projects and lend a 'hand' with our Stone Age art piece! We started the afternoon in the hall where we made a collaborative piece of Stone Age inspired Art using charcoal that Mr Hadden's class had made. Everyone made a hand print using charcoal and then displayed these together - the end result looks great! The children then got to show off and explain about their projects that they have been making over the last term. Maths Open Morning

It was wonderful to see so many parents joining us for a maths session this week. After enjoying some practical maths in the classrooms with their children, parents than learnt about how we use manipulatives to support mathematical understanding across the school.

World Book Day Celebrations!

We had a brilliant day of activities on Thursday 7th March to celebrate World Book Day and everyone looked incredible dressed up as their favourite book characters. Thank you to everyone for making such a great effort.
