Team 2 Explorers!

Mother's Day Lunch

As always, it was lovely to see so many parents and family members joining the children for lunch to celebrate Mother's Day. I hope you all enjoyed the lunch as much as we enjoyed welcoming you into school. Many thanks to everyone who came along.

We had an amazing Open Afternoon. The children loved sharing their books and we hope you enjoyed it too. I was very impressed with the creativity and imagination during the rocket building, everyone got stuck in straight away. I can safely say my favourite part of the afternoon was the rocket launching! The children (and grown ups!) were absolutely buzzing. The teachers secret practise sessions paid off, as all of the rocket launches were very successful, if a little wet! Some of them went miles. The photos don't do the afternoon enough justice, it was a perfect end to our Topic -full of some lovely memories. Thank you as always for all your support.
