Today, we would like you to show us which physical activities you have been getting up to at home. Which ones have you enjoyed the most?
Do you prefer going out for a walk, scooting, jumping on the trampoline, playing football, dancing or something else?
You could choose one of the physical activities which we have set before such as the GoNoodle dances, a Joe Wicks workout, some yoga or your own obstacle course.
Make sure that you spend at least 15 minutes today being active and hopefully raising your heart rate and putting a smile on your face!
