Multi-Skills - Wall Reaction
For this game, you can use with colours or numbers.
Write the numbers or colours onto a piece of paper and stick them onto the wall. You need to get a family member to call out the number or colour and you must react and touch the number or colour as fast as you can!
You can start with 4 numbers or colours but if you find this too easy then you can keep adding numbers or when the family member claps, you must jump!

Make sure you have enough space in the room and no objects on the floor or around you.
