Fitness - Hopscotch Fitness

Today, have a go at playing hopscotch!

You can do this on the pavement outside of your house. You can make the numbers and area as big as you like! All you need is some chalk to mark the area before you can begin.

You take some socks and throw them towards a number. Whatever it lands on, you do hopscotch and retrieve the number and go back the same way you came and then you do as many shuttles to the number.


So, if I landed on 10, I would do 10 shuttle runs back and forth.
