It's time to get moving!
Today, we would like you to choose from one of the tasks below.
Try skipping, running or scooting around your garden. Can you keep moving for 15 minutes?
Try jumping, running, hopping, skipping, star jumps, bouncing and catching or throwing and catching a ball for 15 minutes.
