Team 1 Physical Week bg 18.1.21

It's time to get moving!

This week you could choose from one or more of the activities below:

Have a go at one of the dances on the GoNoodle website below:

Or you could:

Create your own routine of exercises and stretches. For example you could do 10 star jumps, 5 laps of the living room / garden, jumping on the spot, hopping around the garden / living room etc. Remember to warm up and cool down!

Create your own obstacle course in the garden or living room - remember to think about the amount of space you will need!

Go for a walk with your family. Remember to keep away from others to help to keep you safe.

The important thing is to get moving, raise your heart rate if you can and to have fun!
