Year 5/6 PSHE Monday 11th January
This half term in PSHE, we are going to be completing some activities around feelings and emotions.
First activity: What emotions do you know? Create a thought bubble of all the different emotions you can think of and then give an example of when you might feel that emotion.
Today, we are going to focus on two specific emotions – jealousy and anger.
When have you ever felt jealous? Can you draw an image of this time and explain why you felt jealous? What strategies can you have to overcome the feeling of jealousy?
Take a look at this letter – what advice would you give? Write a letter of advice to Aimee.
When have you ever felt angry? Can you draw an image of this time and explain why you felt angry? What strategies can you have to overcome your feelings of anger?
Now choose 5 key things you could do to control your anger (they can be from above or some of your own strategies). Create a poster to show these.
