Last week, was ‘Children’s Mental Health’ week. So today, you are going to have a number of different activities to choose from to complete.
What is mental health? Why is it important to keep our mental health well? What can we do to improve our mental health?

How can we express ourselves in a creative way? Choose one or more of these activities to have a go at!
