This week, Year 5 children will be learning about multiplication and division. Please watch the videos and use the supporting material in order to help you complete the activity sheet.
Before you start each day, why not have a go at completing one of these slides! It 'flashbacks' to previous learning you have done.
Each day there are some calculations for you to practise as well. Choose the level which suits you, but you can always do a couple of them!
Monday 11th January - Multiply 2-digit by 2-digit Area Model / Grid Method 2
Choose one, or more than one of these calculation sets to complete! This will continue to warm your brain up.

Worksheet - You may have found that today's worksheet is the same as Friday's. If this is the case, we do apologise, but please have a go at this activity to consolidate children's understanding of the grid method. If you did not complete the White Rose worksheet on Friday, please continue to do so today.

After today's lesson - we would like you to spend 15-20 minutes practising your times tables on TTRS! Teachers will be checking to see who is completing their times tables!
