It's time to get moving!

This week, we would like you to choose from one of the tasks below.

Zumba Kids 'Lento'

Zumba Kids 'Zumba'

Try skipping, running or scooting around your garden. Can you keep moving for 15 minutes?

Try jumping, running, hopping, skipping, star jumps, bouncing and catching or throwing and catching a ball for 15 minutes.

Joe Wicks will be doing a live workout at 9am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

The important thing is to be active, raise your heart rate and to have fun!
