We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic HLTA to start working with us in our Reception class as soon as possible. We would like someone who has a good knowledge and understanding of the Early Years framework and children’s development at this crucial stage of learning. You need to be creative, well organised and able to use your initiative. If you are patient, committed to high standards and prepared to work hard, then you could be the person to join our team.

We are a fully inclusive school and very child centred. Being able to motivate pupils, develop positive relationships and promote self esteem are all essential qualities. You should be able to manage your own time and also demonstrate the confidence to make organisational decisions.

We are an equal opportunity school and are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and individuals. A DBS check is a requirement for this post.
