Fixed Term Maternity Cover Posts

We are looking to appoint two teachers on a fixed term contract to join our hardworking, dedicated and very welcoming team at Landscore Primary School. Both positions are to cover teachers who will be taking maternity leave. One post would be full time in KS2 and would start from September 2024 whilst the other would be 0.6 FTE (3 days a week) in KS1 and would begin in November 2024.

We are looking for applicants who are:

  • inspirational, creative and self-motivated with a passion for teaching and learning and have an uncompromising commitment to high standards

  • enthusiastic and reflective with outstanding classroom practice who understand and support our commitment to co-operative learning

  • dynamic, resilient and hard working with a positive nature

  • able to engage children in a variety of learning opportunities in order to achieve the best for all pupils

  • organised with good interpersonal and communication skills
