On Friday 1st July Team 2 were invited to Sandford Cricket Club for a cricket and rounders event organised by QE.
The children were divided up into teams, with 7 rounders teams and 3 cricket teams. The children played either rounders or cricket all day in a friendly competition against other schools from our local area.
The children did fantastically well and they did Landscore proud! Their rounders and cricket skills were very impressive and their sportsmanship on the pitches was also commented on and noticed by others. Well done Team 2!
A huge thanks to QE for organising and the QE children who led the event on the day and to our amazing parent helpers (or cricket experts as they became for the day!)
