Visit from Roy Sambles

Year 3 and 4 were very fortunate today to have a visit from Professor Roy Sambles, who demonstrated some fantastic experiments linked to our Light and Shadow science topic!

We looked at different ways light can be produced and learnt about refraction and reflection. It was very exciting to see the different colours light can produce and explore how these different colours can be seen. We all felt very privileged to have Roy come and show us the different experiments and we were all excited to be physicists for the morning!
